well, we're heading towards the home stretch with some big shows on the way. we've only got a few more booked performances before we take time off from playing out to finish up our full-length. and yeah, it looks like we're going to hit an even 50 shows in our first year as a band. although it was never a goal of ours, it certainly is something to be proud of.
this friday we'll be playing as the closing band at the nu-way in spartanburg and i'm super stoked about it. we're still working out the details, as for an opener, but since we got the show short notice, that's understandable. i've got my fingers crossed that we'll find an outstanding band to take the slot, but if not, it's still going to be an awesome night. afterall, the nu-way is one of our favorite places to play. it's as close to playing a house party as we've come so far.
